I’m Richard — founder of ClickSnappy. I help builders, roofers, landscapers and multi-service trades structure their websites so Google understands what they do, where they work, and which pages matter most. The result is more visibility in local search and more enquiries from the right customers.

Before ClickSnappy, I spent five years as an airline pilot — a career built entirely on precision, structured checklists and absolute attention to detail. Every flight demanded a methodical approach where cutting corners wasn’t an option. I bring exactly that discipline to every website audit I complete.
After aviation, I worked in Civil Service records management — organising complex information systems with accuracy and consistency.
